  1. The Service is a video monitoring service that allows users to use their mobile devices as camera devices or viewer devices.

  3. If a direct connection is not possible due to network conditions, STUN or TURN servers may be used to facilitate the connection. During this process, minimal network information (such as IP address) required for connection may be processed temporarily.
