- Treatment consultation: Evidence for treatment calculation
- Final Pass: Resident registration certificate, graduation certificate, references, salary account copy, certificate of disability (if applicable), certificate of employment support applicant (if applicable)

- Job application: Admission process, revision of job application, confirmation of acceptance, smooth communication with job applicants
- Treatment consultation: Evidence for treatment calculation
- Final pass: applicant information verification, salary payment, 4 major insurance subscriptions, income report
- Provision of personal information to third parties
- The company uses personal information within the scope notified in "2. Purpose of processing personal information", and, in principle, does not use personal information outside this scope or disclose personal information to the outside without prior consent of the applicant. However, exceptions are made in the following cases:
- If the applicant has given their consent in advance in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations
- If there is a request from an investigation agency in accordance with the procedures and methods stipulated in the laws for investigation purposes, the applicant needs to be contacted individually in advance and asked for their consent before proceeding.
